TPA’s Senior partner, Teresa Patrício, who is one of the directors of the British Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, will be participating in a brainstorming think-tank lunch with the BPCC on Wednesday 16 May at Santiago de Alfama. The theme of the lunch will be the gender imbalance at senior positions in many sectors, despite there being an abundance of talent amongst both genders.  A select group of ladies which have excelled in their chosen careers, will exchange views on how they can collectively stimulate conditions for a more equal balance to occur.
